OK, so cellphone companies have the right to make changes to their plans. If they don’t want to provide unlimited plans I can understand that. But when they have made an agreement and then don’t provide the service it is “bad form” to say the least. The provider that is the culprit this time is AT&T. The following story from MyWay.com details just how bad they are treating their customers. What is unfortunate is that because there isn’t that many big players they somewhat have their customers over a barrel. I am not one for government intervention but when a company fails to provide agreed upon service and is trying to force their customers into different plans it just isn’t right.
