I was filling out a little survey and it asked if I had heard about a type of a computer attack called Firesheep. I had not heard of it and turns out that 80% of the respondents to this survey didn’t know either. One of the reasons for this is that I do not engage in the activity to be concerned about it. The attack happens when you access sites that do not employ security like Facebook and Twitter. To read more about this vulnerability and ways of protecting yourself check out the story from Computerworld.
