Free Memory Tester

I got an e-mail from a family member saying they have started receiving blue screens on a regular basis. The machine had been working fine and no change had been made to the system. So what do you do? First is to identify the problem. You need to copy the message that is given in the blue screen and then look it up on the internet.  If a machine that has been working with no issues starts blue screening it is usually because you have a component that starts failing.  Memory is one suspect that you can test for yourself.  The link today is to a free memory testing program that is one of the best.  It requires either a floppy or CD to boot from.
